Critical Thinking : This is a process in which you are supposed to use the background knowledge stored in your brain, in order to analyse new information before accepting it in the same way you are receiving it. Also, critical thinking is exclusively a capability for humans beings, who are expected to observe and analyse their environment before making decisions.
ReplyDeleteCreative Thinking: This is a process in which a human being is expected to be a solving -problems oriented person. A creative thinker has the ability to invent new solutions in new circumstances. Also, a creative thinker has the ability to improve their environment with new ideas and options.
Critical and Creative Thinking Relationship: Those conceptos are related. Being a critic requires being a creative person. The idea is not only analyse many issues, but also create solutions in order to bring solutions. Many people usually analyse and criticize issues all the time, but only some of them ara capable to give solutions and make the difference.
